“We saw in 2022 how much the issue of abortion access motivated Democrats, independents and moderate Republican voters, and this cycle we’ve already seen proof that abortion remains a galvanizing issue in battleground districts,” Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chair Suzan DelBene said in a press call on Wednesday.
According to a recent poll published by Gallup, a majority of Americans agree that abortion should be legal in the first three months of a pregnancy and also say abortion should be legal under certain circumstances.
