Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chair Suzan DelBene (D-Wash.) said during an Axios House event on Monday that House Republicans’ “dysfunction” will be a cornerstone of her party’s 2024 strategy.
“You’ve all seen it, from day one with 15 rounds of speaker elections, threats of shutdowns, and even we got sent home early in July because Republicans couldn’t agree with Republicans,” she said.
“Those are the things that drive people at home crazy. They are like, ‘We need you to get work done that can make a difference for us. Go work, make that happen.’ And that’s a huge priority for us.”
